  • Will my home come with a warranty?

    All new manufactured homes are covered by a standard one-year manufacturer warranty. Additionally, we offer a lifetime warranty that encompasses appliances, central heating and air conditioning, water heaters, as well as interior plumbing and electrical systems for all new homes.   • Can I customize my home?

    Customization options are available for your new home. We invite you to contact us for a complimentary design consultation to explore the various possibilities for creating your ideal living space.
  • What states can you install homes?

    Our company is certified to install manufactured homes in three states: Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee.
  • How much is a down payment?

    Down payment requirements typically range from 5% to 20% of the total home cost. If you own land outright, it may be possible to use it as collateral instead of providing a cash down payment.
  • I don't have any credit. Can I still finance a home?

    Lack of established credit does not automatically disqualify you from home financing. Our lenders consider various factors when evaluating loan applications, beyond just credit history.
  • Can I use my land as a down payment?

    Yes, owned land can often serve as a substitute for a cash down payment. Other assets with titles, such as manufactured homes, vehicles, recreational vehicles, or boats, may also qualify as down payment alternatives.
  • Can land and home financing be rolled into one payment?

    Yes, our lenders can structure your loan to combine both land and home financing into a single monthly payment.
  • How long does the buying process take?

    For cash purchases, the transaction can be completed within a few hours once you've selected your home. Financed purchases may take a few days to several weeks. Custom home orders depend on the current build times of each manufacturer.
